Getting started
Create your workspace, invite your first teammates, and complete an audited AI workflow in under ten minutes. For a deeper walkthrough, open the full user guide.
1. Sign up
Go to /signup. Choose Solo for an individual trial or Team for a shared launch. Enter your work email so the workspace can be tied to your company domain.
2. Verify your email
Click the magic link in your inbox. You will be asked for your company name, workspace URL, seat count, and billing cadence.
3. Finish checkout
Continue through Stripe Checkout. Solo starts with a 14-day trial; Team starts as a paid plan. After checkout, SwaYantra creates the workspace and your first admin account.
4. Complete onboarding
The onboarding checklist guides you through the first controls: confirm workspace details, invite teammates, choose key mode, enable starter personas, and complete your first run. You can skip a step and return later.
5. Run your first workflow
Open Run, pick Deal strategist, choose the quote-draftskill, and paste a one-line opportunity (e.g. "Acme — 25 seats, annual, Pro tier"). Click Run. SwaYantra produces a draft quote, queues it as a customer-facing approval (financial actions are always gated), and records the run in the audit log.
Or if email is your starting wedge, pick Support responder and the support-reply-draftskill — paste an inbound email and it'll draft a reply that an admin reviews before sending.
Recommended next steps
- Browse the curated personas available to your team
- Review the approval taxonomy— what gets gated, what doesn't, and how graduation works.
- Set up the email workflow (Gmail / Outlook / IMAP) to draft customer replies under approvals.
- Connect Slack or your IDE via Model Context Protocol so your team invokes specialists in-channel.
- Verify and export audit evidence.
