Personas

Personas are named AI specialists with a clear job, approved instructions, and a curated set of workflows. They help teams move from improvised prompting to repeatable, accountable AI work.

Tiers

Every persona is either curated or experimental. Curated personas are recommended for production workflows. Experimental personas are useful for exploration and can be enabled only when your team wants them.

Workflow chains

A persona is more than a single prompt. It can run a sequence of approved steps: review, plan, check, summarize, and hand back a result with the evidence needed for audit or team review.

Common starter personas

  • Backend Architect — reviews pull requests, catches delivery risks, and suggests improvements.
  • UI Designer — critiques flows, screenshots, and interface details before they reach customers.
  • Incident Response Commander — structures investigation notes, follow-ups, and postmortem drafts.
  • Rapid Prototyper — turns a small feature idea into an implementation plan and first draft.

Custom personas

Team and Enterprise admins can create custom personas from an existing specialist or a blank template. Choose the instructions, workflow set, model preference, and operating rules. Custom personas stay inside your workspace and follow the same audit and access controls as the rest of SwaYantra.
